Jeffrey Hanson

Jeffrey Hanson teaches graduate-level communication courses for  international students and TAs. Through his joint appointment in the  Writing Program, he also teaches professional writing courses related  to domestic and global careers. His academic background includes  numerous conference presentations and four years of teacher-training  abroad--in Estonia, Hungary, Russia, and Saudi Arabia--under the U.S.  State Department. He received UCSB's Distinguished Teaching Award in  2007.
